KTM Announces New 2023 50 SX Factory Edition Minibike
Recently, the company KTM has introduced a new model of minibike, the Factory Edition 50 SX, which will be hitting dealers in August. The new model has a range of new features, such as enhanced graphics, which will be sold in orange and blue, and a myriad of new components. Premium features on the new model include a full FMF exhaust system, Neken tapered bars with ODI grips, CNC-machined aluminum covers, upgraded gearing, Dunlop Geomax tires, and a seat designed for better grip.
Within the press release for the new model, KTM reiterated that the KTM 50 SX is built and engineered for champions who care deeply about attention to detail while desiring to ride in style. The performance of the new model will be improved directly out of the crate, and comes with features inspired by the factory, streamlined and congruent with the ready-to-race feel of the new machine.
The 50 SX was introduced at the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at the Loretta Lynn Ranch. Many riders are excited with the new set of components, which have been touted as giving young racers their first experience with factory performance. The designers and engineers employed by KTM worked rigorously with riders of all ages and sizes, finely crafting a new model that would give their buyers the perfect ride every time.
The exhaustive collaboration between these groups can be seen and felt by the new list of parts, which includes a full FMF exhaust system, CNC-machined covers, a new configuration of the jetting, clutch, and gearing, and the enhanced seat designed for a tighter, more consistent grip. The previous 50 SX, which is still undoubtedly stout, is the core model for the new edition, meaning the quality KTM is known for is still present in the new design. WP Xact suspension, AER technology, Formula brakes, Neken tapered bars, and ODI grips are still the standard for these bikes. One of the most innovative elements of the new model is its lightweight and extremely ridable design, which is sleek yet powerful.
